On Whiskey Hill 7 miles off the Turnpike is Palmer Motorsports Park (PMP), the first true road course in Massachusetts. Created for driver training, testing, and competitive events, PMP is where you can pursue your passion for racing and speed.

Salem Cross Inn

The Salem Cross Inn is a Colonial restaurant situated on 600 acres of rolling meadows and woodlands in Central Massachusetts. The original building was constructed by a grandson of Peregrine White, the first male child born on the Mayflower in 1620. The entire facility is one of the finest examples of Colonial restoration in the United States, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Brimfield Antiques Show

The Brimfield Antiques Show is the largest outdoor antiques show in the world, with over 6,000 dealers and 130,000+ visitors during the course of the week. While it is convenient to refer to it as 'The Show', it is actually comprised of 23 fields, owned by 'Promoters', who lease spaces to dealers from all over the world. The Show takes place three times a year, usually around Mother's Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Old Sturbridge Village

A trip to Old Sturbridge Village, the largest outdoor history museum in the Northeast, is a journey through time to a rural New England town of the 1830s. Visitors are invited into more than 40 original buildings, each carefully researched, restored, and brought to the museum site from towns throughout New England. These include homes, meeting houses, a district school, country store, bank, law office, printing office, carding mill, sawmill, gristmill, pottery, blacksmith shop, shoe shop, and cooper shop.

Breezelands Orchards

Established in 1896 by the Tuttle family, Breezlands Orchards is still owned and operated by the Tuttle family today. The orchard sits on over 100 acres with over 8000 fruit trees. New & old apple varieties are harvested over a two and a half month season. The high elevation combined with a deep rich soil produces a uniquely tasty fruit.

The Warren Farm

The Warren Farm & Sugarhouse specializes in the production of pure maple syrup, maple confections, and specialty food items made with maple syrup. They grow many of the ingredients - fruits, berries, vegetables, and herbs - used in their unique line of gourmet preserves, pickles, vinegars and oils, sauces, and baked goods, all made on the farm.

Quabbin Reservoir

Quabbin Reservoir is one of the largest man-made public water supplies in the United States. Created in the 1930's by the construction of two huge earthen dams, the reservoir is fed by the three branches of the Swift River, and seasonally by the Ware River. Four towns were flooded in the Swift River Valley. Construction of the reservoir remains a great engineering feat, and Quabbin is one of the largest unfiltered water supplies in the world. The reservoir is 18 miles long and has 181 miles of shoreline including 61 miles along the reservoir's 60 islands.

Rock House Reservation

Glaciers created the rock shelter that gives the Reservation its name. Its large size and height and its southern exposure made the Rock House an excellent winter camp for Native Americans. More than three miles of trails take in spring-fed Carter Pond, the Rock House, and Balance Rock; a butterfly garden planted along a power line; stands of red pine and spruce planted in the 1930s and 1940s; and a steep hill that offers easterly views over rolling hills and westerly views of farmland.

Ye Olde Tavern

Established in 1760, Ye Olde Tavern is the oldest continually operating inn in the United States. It has served guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere for over 240 years, and has seating available for 200 guests. Ye Olde Tavern specializes in business meetings, private parties, showers and weddings, but feel free to stop by the pub, which is open every day. Built in West Brookfield in 1760, it was a center of colonial life in Massachusetts. Here many men and lovely ladies of olden times were entertained, for the Tavern was located on the Olde Bay Path over which sped the stages from Boston to Albany. Presidents George Washington and John Adams were guests!

Saint Joseph's Abbey

North of the town of Spencer, Massachusetts, at the crest of a steeply sloping hill blanketed in oak, maple and pine, but bared in part by farmed meadows and broad pasturelands, rests Saint Joseph's Abbey, a cloistered Roman Catholic monastery of monks of the Cistercian Order of the Strict Observance, popularly known as Trappists.

St. Paul the Apostle Parish

Tridentine Mass is offered each Sunday at 10:30 am at St. Paul the Apostle Parish on 1082 Main Street in Warren. Mass is celebrated in Latin with the priest facing the altar, much the way it was celebrated four centuries ago. Many people follow the prayers by using a bilingual missal, which is provided for use during the service.

Massachusetts State Police Academy

The Massachusetts State Police Academy is located on 780 acres in rural New Braintree. The compound consists of over twenty buildings that house the classrooms, dining facility, firearms range, sleeping quarters, physical plant and gymnasium. A small housing community, dubbed Circle Drive, is used as additional office space and for realistic training exercises.
